We want you to experience the comfort and performanceunderwear has to offer.We know it’s hard for you to experience our product without trying it on. For that reason, we’ve created our First Pair Guarantee Policy.Sometimes you need to try it before you buy it.

The First Pair Guarantee policy applies to Ceceim 7″ Boxer Briefs Underwear placed on the Site (with the exception of Clearance sale product which cannot be returned or exchanged). Proof of purchase is required. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, ceceim will provide a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase.  All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees are non-refundable. After 30 days from purchase, this policy no longer applies.

• Only applies to the first purchased pair of underwear per customer.

• If you purchase more than one (1) pair, we can only apply this guarantee to one (1) pair.

• All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

• Applies only to product that has been purchased from our online store.
